ProDessert is an instant protein pudding mix with 25 grams of protein per serving. Available in Chocolate and Vanilla flavors.
Directions: Thoroughly mix contents of one package into 5 ounces (150 ml) of cold water. Immediately pour into desired container. Let sit for 3 to 5 minutes to allow pudding to set. Best when using a high speed mixer although shaker cup will work sufficiently well.
